The City of Smyrna is seeking 14 artists or artist teams based in the Atlanta Metropolitan area to conceptualize and implement unique designs on 14 fire hydrants along Atlanta Road in Smyrna, Georgia. The City is seeking artistic excellence and innovation in past artwork, especially in similar settings. The artist(s) must be able to work in collaboration with a Project Team made up of the representatives from the City of Smyrna, the project designer, the departments responsible for the site, city leadership and the community.

Qualifications will be received no later than 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 6, 2025. Qualifications may be submitted electronically using the submission link provided in this RFQ.

The City of Smyrna reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions and award in the best interest of the City.
