Denise Foss is a seasoned customer experience and operations leader with a dynamic background spanning digital education, personal development, and entrepreneurship.  Before her operations career, she spent over a decade as a professional dancer, performing with companies such as the Metropolitan Opera, Celebrity Cruise Lines, and the Dre.dance Contemporary Company. She continues to stay connected to her creative and movement roots by instructing group fitness classes, occasionally teaching and choreographing dance, and exploring other artistic projects. A passionate advocate for creativity, community, and lifelong learning, Denise brings a unique lens to her work—whether supporting individuals through personal growth, elevating customer experiences, or championing self-expression. She has also volunteered at the Georgia Aquarium since 2018.
