Becca McCoy is a multi-disciplinary artist. A member of Actors’ Equity Association since 2004 and SAG-AFTRA since 2015, Becca has 60 stage credits from theatres in 9 states, has filmed projects in Florida, Illinois, and Alabama, and holds 3 national and 5 regional awards in performing arts. She is an alumnae of the prestigious British American Drama Academy in Oxford, England. As a photographer, she has exhibited in numerous galleries and museums around Atlanta metro and her photo travelogue, THE YEAR OF EXTRAORDINARY TRAVEL was published in 2021 by St. Petersburg Press with a stage adaptation world premiering in December 2022 at Studio Grand Central in Florida. As a voice talent, she has narrated for the Florida Orchestra, provided voiceover for an award-winning dance film, and her holiday album, A NOT SO SILENT NIGHT, was released in 2011.

Moving to Smyrna mid-pandemic, Becca and her partner, artist Justin Groom formed Leafmore Studios, which is a regular arts vendor at Smyrna Handmade Market, in the brewery circuit with Sudnat Studios, and in Indie Arts Alliance group events. In addition to a long and varied professional arts career, Becca brings to the Smyrna Arts Council Board experience as a Creative Director, arts administrator, publicist, and arts advocate coupled with a belief in municipal investment in the arts and passion for the centrality of the arts to a thriving community.
